Debt Partners

If you want to invest in real estate but don't want the headaches of ownership and like the payout then consider this--debt partnership.

In San Antonio like in most places there are foreclosures that are in the current market. The problem is not enough buyers for the normal sellers plus the foreclosure inventory. What does that mean OPPORTUNITY. Here is how you can cash in. Guys like me are buying properties for 50 cents on the dollar. These homes will have varying amounts of deferred maintenance. We buy these properties, fix those items needing repairs, and make high payoff improvements. We turn around and sell at retail but still at a fairly substantial discount to other sellers. Since our property's presentation is EXCEPTIONAL we will generally sell before anyone else. We close, we cash out, and we pocket a substantial profit.

So what is the problem?

It doesn't take too long when you are buying / rehabbing a number of houses each month w/cash to run out of liquid cash reserves. The problem creates an opportunity for you. If you are interested in becoming a debt partner we are offering people who fund our deals 10% simple interest for the loan of their money. That beats anything that banks will offer you and you can see what your money is buying when you do. Interested? Contact 210-573-2538 or .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address).

The offer is quite lucrative , but the housing market is also in a downturn , buying houses and selling them on the retail market is OK , but will they yield a reasonable profit is the question here , the retail market is completely saturated due to foreclosure and bankruptcies .
