7%-47% Return on Investment secured by newly rehabbed investment real property—you keep 1st mortga

I am offering you a guaranteed monthly return of 7% just like as if you are the bank and I am making a monthly note payment to you. Here are what the first 12 monthly payments would look like on an example 100K, 15 yr loan @7%. Your protection, professional title company closes the deal, records your mortgage.
